Two new videos of recent projects are now available – The first is highlights of our evergreen festival which saw the launch of a new circus group for people living with disabilities, this festival culminated with a Xmas show performed by the group touring Belfast Day Centres with a final public show on Sunday Dec 11th in St Georges Markets. The second video is highlights of last years summer scheme project – Wonders of the World. Also available in our policies and evaluation section is our evaluation of the Knockavoe project.
NEW LOTTERY WORKSHOP PROGRAMME !
Streetwise Community Circus are commencing our new programme of disability circus workshops throughout Northern Ireland.
Funded by a £34,000 grant from the Arts Council Lottery, these will be taking place in:
Workshops will take place throughout the year and started in October with public showcases in May and June 12.

Streetwise Community Circus is commencing a new “Fit for Olympics through Circus” project in partnership with the Belfast Trust which is open to people in Day Centres throughout Belfast. This project commenced in October
Streetwise Community Circus Workshops (est. 1995) now offers a wide range of circus workshops available throughout Northern Ireland run by staff from our team of over 30 experienced tutors.
The workshops offer participants the opportunity to learn a wide range of circus skills including Juggling, Unicycling, Stiltwalking, Diabolo, Devil Stick, Hat tricks, Plate spinning etc as well as general balancing skills. All workshops are tailored to the needs of the client group.
